Следственная группа из-за спешки даже толком не смогла завершить следственные действия, незаконно вела параллельное расследование по «резервному» делу, но позднее, отбросив стыд, из-за отсутствия материала для составления «нужного» обвинительного заключения, незаконно продолжила расследование «основного» дела, в том числе проводила следственные действия, которые, согласно УПК, невозможны после начала ознакомления обвиняемых с материалами дела. Все эти ухищрения были необходимы для того, чтобы ни в коем случае не выпускать обвиняемых и продолжать держать их в заложниках. 3.
