Il programma

Il Giro "Escursione Alessandria dal Cairo", sarà dedicata alla visita della splendida città egiziana di Alessandria, città che si affaccia sulle sponde del mar Mediterraneo. Un nostro rappresentante vi condurrà alla prima tappa, la Fortezza di Qaitbay, che prende il nome dal sultano che la fece costruire nel XV secolo, sullo stesso luogo in cui in epoca precedente si ergeva l'antico faro, per proteggere la città dalle crociate. A seguire vi recherete alla Colonna di Pompeo, dopo aver pranzato in un ristorante locale ad Alessandria. Al termine del tour visiterete le Catacombe e la Biblioteca d'Alessandria. Rientrerete in hotel al Cairo.
